Tonight this was a good deal. I have the older version from 2 years ago and have had good luck with it. Also you get a free echo dot.

Have the TV ready for pickup @ the $350 price -- should I? How does this compare to the TCL 4 Series for $50 more....

This or the Hisense H6500F for $50 less?
I would stay away from the Hisense at least the one with Android TV. I can't get cable channels to show even though it scans and finds 100 plus channels. Support is horrible and they blamed my cable provider. Also my 4K fire stick not showing in 4K and of course they blamed the fire stick.

You can go get mine, I returned it and it has a nice yellow bleed through spot on the bottom right. It's not my luck with TV's that's for sure

We have 2 old TV, just sold a POS LG 70 that we bought 6 months ago. The only tv I am buying is a Fire TV. They just work so much better than fire sticks and if you use recast OTA its a no brainer. I don't watch TV, but my GF and her family does. Its so nice to say "record dancing with the stars" and the whole season of dancing with the stars is set to record. So much better than the plex/home run that I was using. Obviously if you need more than 2 OTA streams at a time, than Recast won't work. but 720p looks great to me so its echo dot, Fire TV and Recast for me.

Hello Slickdealers - has anyone picked up this TV and set it up ? How is it ? I bought one and setup delivery at a friend's home for 12/23. I am not expecting it to perform like my Sony 75XBR940D, yet I don't want it to be an embarrassment. Any first hand feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I just got it, seems like a pretty good tv. Picture quality seems to be better than the 58" Hisense I got from Walmart. Wouldn't be my primary tv but it makes a great bedroom tv for a single guy. 😄. I was worried when they brought out a tv in a plain cardboard box with a Toshiba sticker but they must have been pushing these out for BF.

*Any more reviews from buyer of this TV? How is it? I have to pickup on Sunday -- and would like to know what others think about the picture / quality.

Thanks!

I got mine set up yesterday. I'm impressed. Dolby vision and HDR works, and once dialed in the picture is great, esp for the price. Watching football now and colors pop. I got it for the bedroom but have it set up in the living room now for testing and it compares with our Samsung from 4 years ago that was more than 2k. It's off axis viewing is indeed worse but only at extreme angles. It's upscaling of 720p content is not as good but perfectly acceptable. Watching Dolby Vision 4k content is shocking. Our other TV doesn't have HDR and dark scenes are obviously superior. So worth $350 IMO.

I got my tv yesterday. No Alexa. Did you get your Mandala?

update: found the separate package with Alexa with stack of other Christmas boxes delivered. 😁

I'm returning mine as well due to bleeding on all edges. Got the Toshiba instead and it's much better.

Got mine delivered today and have it set up now. So far I'm very impressed, especially for the price. Need to calibrate it to get the most out of this tv. After AMEX Discount and points mine came out to $230.

How you get it down to $230?

BTW, does anyone know whats the measurements of the TV box? Was wondering if it will fit in car.

Thanks!
