Snow Cone Maker - Little Snowie 2 - 20% off Cyber Monday Deal - $159.2

20% off the entire site using coupon code "savedice". This snow cone maker is the best item. However with Shipping cost this deal is not as good as you can find on Amazon using the clipped coupon below the price to get $169.15 with free shipping. (that can't be posted on SD but can be found with an easy search)

I have owned this unit for a year now. Best snow cones EVER! Just like what you would pay money for at the fair, if not better. We gave my sisters and their families this as a Christmas present last year for their (only) family gift and now I'm the coolest uncle ever to all my nephews. (no nieces although my daughters love the snowcones) You can be a rockstar too.

You can use regular ice from your ice maker, ice from a bag you get at the gas station, etc. No special ice needed. You can crank out these snow cones fast. We have used it all the birthday parties we have had and it is a hit.

For extra syrup look for my other SD post for the cyber monday sale at Hawaiian Ice (it ends tonight so move fast and is the best syrup by far)

Op, since you've owned this for a while now, does this make snow cones or shaved ice?

hopefully you are well aware of the difference

Snow cones are chunky and crunchy ice bits. Shaved ice is cotton candy like and melts in your mouth and is shaved by a razor to be very thin

Seems you just like to troll posts (or my posts) - This is the title of the product on Amazon "Premium Shaved Ice Machine and Snow Cone Machine" You should educate them too I guess. It is a Snow cone... but since the title of the product says both I wasn't going to get into it...

Or maybe you can get real technical with this machine and adjust the blades to make either, whatever your heart desires.

Woah, what the fu...?

I asked for your feedback since you own the product and rather than do that you act like an ahole?

I think you need to look up the definition of trolling because my post doesn't even meet the millennial (aka wrong) definition, never mind the true original definition.

I dont know what your issue is, but it would have just been nice if you provided your personal feedback on using it.

Not sure what your problem is.

Sorry I'm a glass is half full guy and not the other way around as you label yourself so of course we probably are going to have our base difference in communication.

Since you had already interjected with information on previous posts of mine that wasn't really relevant and was more to promote yourself I took your first post in the same light. IF you had done research on the product you would have been able to answer your question yourself, ie by reading the title the product sales under. It seemed again like you wanted to put the possibility out there that even though I posted the deal, have owned the product, I didn't know about it and you could educate us.

Generally if you are going to ask a question in honest fashion you give time for the person to answer before you educate... if it isn't an honest question and you are trying to promote yourself and your own knowledge while paying lip service to honestly asking a question then you answer your own question real quick. ..

let me be clear about a few things:
(1) I posted from mobile, with a 5yo annoying me about something, so time was not on my side nor was the ability to more than two things at once
(2) I posted the information about distinction of shaved vs. snow cone as a pre-emptive in case you did not know the difference and to avoid too much back and forth, efficiency is always favored in my life and if i can avoid someone not knowing something, or being informed and then able to provide me the answer the first time, then so be it.
(3) while you may remember me, i post so much I can only recall 2 or 3 names tops of people that interact with. Sorry our prior discussion has jaded to so badly that you actually remembered my name, but I assure you when I was responding via mobile, your name was not even a thought in my mind

in any case, i would TRULY and HONESTLY (no sarcasm intended) love to hear your personal feedback on the unit and what you prefer (do you like crunchy, fluffy, etc). I can read all the amazon reviews i want, but you're here now and I Can interact with you to acquire the specific details i am desiring to obtain, should you be so obliged as to do so. thank you.

PS: I'm not really a pessimist, i am a realist, but to optimists, realists always look like pessimists

Got this in my cart at BBB (most people probably have a 20% sitting in their online account even if not a my BBB member), hoping Op can provide me some opinions.

I think my wife will kill me if i buy it though. I have an old school shaver with custom mini ice blocks, but never use it b/c annoying to make the ice blocks

PS: I wonder if i add 2 to BBB cart, it qualifies me for $100 towards future purchase - what happens if i return the little snowie 2 that is priced higher (b/c coupon only applies 1 of the items)
