AAP recommends not even letting children use trampolines. In one year. Falls accounted for 27 percent to 39 percent of all injuries.

I seen a guy on YT bury his into the ground to make it flush with the surface

Jumping area measures 21.65 sq. Ft. Total diameter is 7'4"

Maximum number of children: 1 maximum weight limit: up to 100 lbs

It's a tiny one, but not for the dolls.

I'll be the wet blanket following The Simpsons references: My sister bought one for her kids and my nephew ended up getting a severe concussion from which, years later, he has never recovered.

Accidents happen, but they happen more on trampolines. Save yourself some money and potential heartache.

The 80's in me is laughing that a safety net is needed to jump on a trampoline.
Also LOL at all the snowflakes wearing seatbelts and avoiding second-hand smoke, amirite!

I'm from the 80s, too. We all know it's not *needed*, but we all heard stories of stuff happening to people on trampolines...can't hurt to prevent that stuff!

From 80's.. have trampoline for my kids. When i see them fall into the netting I know that when I was a kid that would have been a broken arm. 10/10 use the damned netting people.

My 9-year-old daughter, 8 at the time, broke her arm playing on the monkey bars at school. When we went to the doctor's office to get the cast, they said "Trampoline or monkey bars?!" Needless to say, they advised against both.

I should say though, that before she broke her arm falling off of the monkey bars, we bought an 8-foot trampoline with enclosure and have not had any accidents. However, it has been used less since the monkey bar incident.

Safety net should extend to ground... wouldn't want to bounce on a dog or a kid L.O.L.
