It has everything as this set, plus 4 more contact sensors (~$15 each) and a motion detector ($30). So $90 of stuff for $70 more? Might be able to do better by getting the add-ons via sales, but this is a quick way to build a whole system at once.
Anyone know if any CCs are offering discounts/rebates for Ring?
