And I thought Blazing Saddles for $5 recently was a good deal... this Mel Brooks collection is awesome. And that's before you consider some of his movies would never be able to be made in today's climate of "I'm offended!"

In for the set, thanks op!

Quality writing? This is Doctor Who and there hasn't ever been quality writing. I mean there are pig aliens who take human form and fart all the time. Some of the worst writing.
yeah like I said, quality writing

I've only followed the series from Eccleston onwards. Tom Baker, as fantastic as he is and he was the Doctor Who of my childhood, I couldn't bring myself to follow the older series because the special effects of those times don't hold a candle to the new series. In the New Series, Tennant is regarded as the best.

Curious if Cloverfield set has Digital HD. Pics and description would lean towards a "no" but I've heard other similar sets have included it before. Anyone out there have it?

Right now Amazon has the "Doctor Who: The Complete David Tennant" Blu-ray for $20 too.

The David Tennant years of Who were hands down the best of the new series. Donna Noble was the perfect companion because she didn't take no guff from the Doctor.

"Ay, watch it, spaceman!"

Black sails!
Black sails was a mostly very enjoyable show! Not well known as it deserves.

I'm glad for most of that 'climate' (not talking about Brooks). We don't need a return to the days of blackface and Asian stereotypes and other insulting portrayals of people.

What Hollywood rehashing old ideas, yeah and they wonder why people don't go to the movies
