I work on cars everyday. This oil as well as other name brands are all good. Regular, synthetic doesn't matter. Just change your oil often and leave the oil wars to those keyboard warriors born to die in them

This is not true. Please don't spread your misinformation. There is no harm switching back and forth between conventional or synthetic.

Does it hurt to use this on a car that's always used regular engine oil?

Without any engine flushing required right?
My car is a high mileage Toyota Camry, 150k miles. Will this be ok?

Just change the oil as usual. If you have leaking seals there is a chance they could leak more than before. I have switched to synthetic in atleast 3 higher mileage cars and never a problem.

It'll be fine. Drain old oil. Replace filter and drain plug crush washer. Put this in.
