Not sure if you're joking, but one of these companies accepts returns by sending UPS to my door with a box and a prepaid label, while the other requires a special errand and waiting in line. Ignoring any carbon footprint issues, that's a no-brainer.

Customer service at most Walmarts in NJ has improved. Specifically for online / in-app shoppers.

Some items are difficult to pack it back into a box and label it. It's easier to just take it to a store and get instant refund.
I'm not sure UPS pick up is included, and if someone needs to be at home for that.
I always drive to a UPS store to drop it.
