Details
Get a one-time $10 statement credit by using your enrolled Card to spend a minimum of $50+ in one or more transactions in-store at Lowe's or online at Lowes.com by 12/31/2019. See terms for exclusions.

Offer Terms
Enrollment limited. Must first add offer to Card and then use same Card to redeem. Only U.S.-issued American Express® Cards are eligible. Limit 1 enrolled Card per Card Member across all American Express offer channels. Your enrollment of an eligible American Express Card for this offer extends only to that Card. Offer valid in-store at participating locations in the US and online at Lowes.com. Excludes purchases shipped outside of the US, e-gift card purchases, corporate gift card purchases, bulk gift card purchases, outlet locations and ATGstores.com, Lowe's Zone, Custom Blinds and Shades, Porch, Resolve, and The Mine. Offer is non-transferable. Limit of 1 statement credit per Card Member. The enrolled Card account must not be cancelled or past due to receive statement credit. Any benefit earned from this offer is in addition to the rewards (i.e. Membership Rewards or cash back) earned as part of your existing Card benefits, but your ability to earn spend-based rewards for the purchase will be based on the amount after any statement credit or other discount is applied. Statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days after 12/31/2019, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase. Note that American Express may not receive information about your qualifying purchase from merchant until all items from your qualifying purchase have been provided/shipped by merchant. Statement credit may be reversed if qualifying purchase is returned/cancelled. If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as qualifying for the offer, you will not receive the statement credit. For example, your transaction will not qualify if it is not made directly with the merchant. In addition, in most cases, you may not receive the statement credit if your transaction is made with an electronic wallet or through a third party or if the merchant uses a mobile or wireless card reader to process it. By adding an offer to a Card, you agree that American Express may send you communications about the offer. POID: K0FW:0001

Hmm, didn't see the Lowe's deal when I logged into my account on my desktop but found it when I checked for offers on my phone app.

Slightly off topic, but with all these Amex deals, that may or may not be available on all cards, is there a resource anyone can direct me to or advice on which Amex card I should apply for? I'm leaning towards Blue Cash Everyday.

Amex also has this other offer "Spend $75 and get $10 back on Select home improvement and furnishings". Has anyone tried if this offer can be stacked with "get $10 back on $50 at Lowes" ?
$15 back on $75 is for online only.
edit so yes you can stack online

The answer is resounding yes. They also sell eBay GCs. I buy Amazon GCs at Lowe's every time Amex or Chase has special offers at Lowe's.
ebay gcs no longer excite me when i see them. i don't mind getting a small discount when i have to shop on ebay but i find myself looking other places besides ebay for my major shopping needs. i still shop china on ebay so it's nice to have maybe $20 ebay gc but with no promos ever on ebay, hard to shop there; hard to take it seriously.

Combine this with $30 off $50 coupon easily bought off eBay for $6 and you have a $50 purchase for $16!!

Not really. The AE deal is by what is charged. So you'd have to spend ~ $80 less $30 from the coupon to meet the $50 minimum for the deal, get the $10 AE rebate and wind up spending $46 (80-30-10+6) for $80 of merch.

Don't forget to keep your offers below 100 total so there is room for more offers to go in. Learned that from a previous deal post here.
Can you please explain what you mean? Are you saying (1) load as many offers as possible onto the card to make room for new offers; OR (2) do not load many offers onto card? I want to make sure to maximize my offers!
