The product description describes this tote as blue, but to me it looks teal.

Thanks for posting this! Reps to you for your help. The purple tote is $7.56 in my area, so I think it's a YMMV deal.

Target is offering a 15% discount via Target Circle on Sterilite products.

$5/ea after discount for the following:there's probably good deals out there on other products, i just bought a couple smaller latching industrial totes for $8.49/ea

That's how JC PENNEY went bankrupt. Faking retail prices.

I don't care for the lid style on these: my experience is that doesn't grip well.

That MSRP shit should be made an illegal business practice. Every time I scroll through Kohl's I see these absurd MSRP's and their "amazing" deals beside them. It's deception. It's the kind of tactic I would expect from a snake-oil salesman or something. A listed price should have to comply with some standard selling price or something. Whatever price most major retailers most often sell a product at throughout the bulk of the year. This shit is never $25 at any store anywhere, ever. They shouldn't be allowed, legally, to use $25 as a means to seduce ignorant people into thinking they're getting a great deal.

Certainly not going to be airtight for $5-7 dollars.

no, you'd need a container with a gasket for that level of protection.

something like this: https://www.target.com/p/sterilit...A-15079778

alternatively, you can likely pick up a pet food storage container at TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Ross, etc
