I dont have this model, but on mine it was a small green piece either on the hose or the head part where the hose connects. I almost returned my shower head till I read about the flow part. I cant stand low flow.

I had one of these and it worked good after I took out the flow restricter but after about 9 months the plastic flow switcher broke { switched water between the head and handheld part} and started shooting all the water straight out the side and into my bathroom.

Got it and not a big fan. Cheap construction and not great pressure. I'd pass personally.

Maybe I missed the restrictor with my quick glance before install.

I bought several of these on clearance in July for about $12. I'm very happy with them so far, without removing flow restrictor. They are plastic but look pretty nice.
