Are these AC1200, would I be better off with Nest WiFi because they are AC2200 or should I go with Orbi RBK53S?

Heard really bad support and unreliable wifi problems with Orbi.

I think these are AC2200, tri band, Costco couldn't give me all the details but searched based on the model number and found out from best buy. See the link below for the same.

I heard lot of issues with the firmware updates for Orbi.
According to the forum experts eero rated better than nest wifi.

Complete noob question - I own two side-by-side vacation rental properties, and would like to cover both properties with one internet bill. The largest home (2-story, 1200 Sq ft) is separated from two smaller side-by-side cabins (800 and 600 sq ft) by about 75 feet. Will a mesh network cover all three cabins, with the router node in one cabin and a satellite in each of the other two? All three houses/cabins have steel roofs, not sure if this matters.

Mine got activated a few days after i installed it. Check your emails from eero, there should be an email saying your 365 day trial has been activated.
