MCT has only marginal effects on weight loss. That's the only benefit: see that talked about at the 2:30 spot in the video. Regular consumption of coconut oil is dangerous.

This has not been proven. It's mostly BS.

The ONLY things it MAY help with are: preventing muscle breakdown in critically ill patients, when given intravenously, certain types of seizures in children and a rare disease called Waldmann disease. But none of this has been tested with peer-reviewed empirical results.

There is no proven scientific evidence for anything else.

Feel free to waste your money on snake oil...
