Product Name: | 46 in. W 9-Drawer, Deep Tool Chest Mobile Workbench in Gloss Black with Hardwood Top |
Product Description: | The all new Husky Extra-Deep 46 in. 9-Drawer Mobile Work Bench has arrived! This work bench is 24.5 in. deep, which creates 36% more storage capacity than traditional 18 in. deep units. The extra depth also means there is a much larger solid wood top to use as a work surface for all your projects. An integrated power strip on the side of the work bench provides easy access to 4 outlets and 2 USB Ports, so your tools and other electronic devices can always be charged up and ready to go! There is plenty of storage options within the work bench inside the (9) lockable 21.7 in. deep drawers. Each drawer glides easily on 100 lb. rated ball-bearing drawer slides, and the large bottom drawers have an extra set of slides to accommodate heavier items up to 200 lb. Each drawer also has a premium pre-cut drawer liner that will protect both your tools and drawers. Finally, the entire work bench can easily move around your work space with (4) 5 in. x 2 in. casters and large ergonomic push handle. |

Has this not been posted multiple time in the past few years at $200?
Yeah, I'm no expert, but it doesn't seem super slick to me.
This 24.5" deep model was on sale for $248 once when it was new (spring 2018), but never below $298 since then, which appears to be the annual sale price now. This is still a good overall deal compared to other brands with this depth. This will probably continue to be the best price for this specific model.

Got them a couple BFs ago for $200.
I fit the two old ones in the back of my old Honda Passport (aka Isuzu Rodeo), but I don't know about the new ones since they're a little larger. Definitely a two-person job to unload/add casters at home. Maybe. I guess you could use a couple of 2x4s to make yourself a ramp out the back of your vehicle...
