Looks like some good deals. I wish they had some stores out west - the possibility of return shipping costs has me on the fence.

Getting the error when using Paypal checkout: "The Promo Code applied requires that you use your Boscovs charge as the payment type."

Update: It seems like browser issue, I switched from Chrome to Firefox and the order went through.

The days of tax free internet purchases are pretty much over, so the "physical presence in the state" condition isn't relevant. The Supreme Court ruled on it last year and most states (not sure if every state has done it yet) have passed laws making internet stores collect sales tax for them.

Here is the court case if you're interested. South Dakota vs. Wayfair [wikipedia.org]

Quote :
The court held by a 5-4 majority that states may charge tax on purchases made from out-of-state sellers, even if the seller does not have a physical presence in the taxing state. The decision overturned Quill Corp. v. North Dakota (1992), which had held that the Dormant Commerce Clause barred states from compelling retailers to collect sales or use taxes in connection with mail order or Internet sales made to their residents unless those retailers have a physical presence in the taxing state.
