Home Depot has the 18-Volt Lithium-Ion Cordless Brushless 1/4 in. Impact Driver Kit with 2.0 Ah Battery and 18-Volt Charger for $79.00. If HD pricing follows last year, which it has so far on this model, the price should drop to $59.00 in a couple of weeks depending on inventory.

That is a good deal as long as you aren't looking for a brushless motor.

If you clicked on this link looking for the Octane Impact, here is the info on how to get it for $64.50:

If you want the Octane version and don't care about the 2.0 battery and charger, you can purchase it for $64.50 by adding both of these items to your cart and then returning the batteries after purchasing.

You want an impact wrench instead.

We have two of these for my business and we've used them probably 2 hours a week for the last 2+ years. No problems whatsoever. Great tools

Yes, I use a battery impact to speed up the process after breaking the nuts loose with a 15" breaker bar. I'll use it again after starting the nuts back onto the threads a couple turns by hand. Always finish the process with a calibrated torque wrench.
