Good deal.

10th Gen comet lake 14nm i7 processor.
1080p IPS display 100% sRGB (non-touch) glossy. 300 nits.
Backlit Keyboard.
52Whr battery.
Fingerprint reader.
UHD Graphics.

This would have been a great deal with ice lake i7-1065G7 processor which would have given it graphics boost.

Quality display. Hard to find at this price range. People dont care about display and if they do, they only if its 1080p ips regardless of brightness or color spectrum

Much better deal than 95% of laptops that make front page with their poor displays, even if ips

Display sounds solid. The only thing I don't like is the 4GB soldered RAM, which makes dual channel very hard for a capacity more than 8GB. Maybe it just a marginal effect since I don't need much graphics.

Maybe it doesn't matter much at all.

This or the Dell XPS 7590 that was on special for $799 the other day?

I bought an outlet 7590 that will cost me about $650 after cash back, but this has a newer processor, more ram, a number pad, and is cheaper. On the downside, the screen doesn't get as bright, which isn't all that important to me since I only use it inside.

The biggest reason why I went with the XPS was the quality of the screen, which this is just as accurate.

Save30 isn't working on the website, but I got them to honor it through the chat. I had them put together a quote so I could get the 10% cashback by clicking through that other site. I will be curious to see how these two machines stack up against each other once I get them both in.

Dell XPS 15 - older 9th gen Intel processor and smaller battery

Lenovo - Dim, glossy screen
