EDIT information from Better.com!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello,
I work with Better, com and wanted to see if you could please add in the following information to your post on Amex/Better,com deal as it reads incorrect as it stands, especially regarding eligibility. We want to make sure the offer is stated as accurately as possible:
1) Mortgage rates of any specific customer, stated or otherwise, should not be taken as indicative of a mortgage rate available to all customers. Pricing is based on a number of factors, including the individual credit profile of a potential borrower.
2) The offer is only available to those borrowers who have been marketed to directly by American Express, and those who have not received the offer on their Amex portal or via email are not eligible.

Freddie Mac. Rate are decreased for all term. Today!
Better uses this index for their float policy (regardless of which term your loan is for): https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/MORTGAGE30US

With today's update, if you locked your rate June 19th - June 24th, you now qualify for a 0.125% float because the index dropped 0.25%.

** If you applied after June 25th, you do NOT qualify for a float down yet. **

What is unknown is if you got a match after locking, will your original lock date apply or will the Thursday after the match apply?

Also unknown is if you lock on a Thursday. The way it was reported about 30-40 pages ago is the rate on the Thursday after you lock is what is used. But perhaps if you locked on Thursday, that rate is the one used.

Five weeks and I still haven't received my credit. Hopefully by the end of August.
Did you receive an email after funding congratulating you on funding the loan and to expect your credit within 8 - 12 weeks? I never received such an email (and no credit yet) but many of my friends did receive that email and already received their credit even though they closed a few days after me.

CycloneFW, am I correct that to make use of this site, I'd adjust the graph to enter the date you locked and the present date, and then see if the chart shows a .125 drop? Is there an easier way to get an "alert" or otherwise read this chart?

I received a congratulatory e-mail but no mention about credit applying. Hmm... I wonder if this will be an issue.

It's waste of time... also he didn't match le I gave him... so I left the application...
Same shit with my file I had to setup a call with him and he said he cannot match the LoanDepot estimate and give me the amex promo - he said even without the Amex promo he couldnt get to that rate besides they also denied the $100 gift card for working with them saying the loan is over $500k
