Hope this helps for those wondering:

If you're a claw-gripper, I would absolutely avoid this mouse unless you really want to adjust to palm grip. It's quite uncomfortable with claw and the scroll wheel is far higher than your usual claw grip mice.

If you plan on using for both work and gaming, I'd skip it as well. Its control and accuracy in gaming leaves much to be desired to say the least.

That being said, the macro/hotkey features on this is absolutely amazing. The fact that you can assign keys simply with holding a button and sliding your mouse a certain direction is awesome. The wheel is also a fidgeter's delight. The time I had it, I used it for Premiere Pro editing and it was a productivity godsend. Rivaled only by a macro/MMO mouse. But since I do game on the same system I work on, I opted for a macro mouse instead.

I'll stick with MX Master 2s I got for $35 from Staples. I heard MX3 is better than 2s but is it 120% better? I dont think so.

Excuse me for the lack of knowledge or ignorance but why is those MX Keys worth $75 in the first place that just looks like a regular keyboard that's actually small?

I had an OG MX, but I'm glad I upgraded. Seems a little more comfortable.

Easiest is to look at the feature set. What is good about it is that it is back-lit, wireless, compact, bluetooth, and can be paired with up to three devices.

The downside, and this is just me, is that it is a bit small. Typing on it for me would not be easy. But that is because I'm used to the large MS 4000 keyboard where the keys are well spaced for the touch typists.
