Not as low as the previous deal @ 110 but this was close enough, I purchased and thought I'd pass it along!

I have and love this tool. It has been invaluable for a few different projects. The Bosch 12v line is excellent as well.

I also have this tool and to be honest ... originally bought it for convenience but suspected it would be a bit of a novelty.

As it turns out, its been really useful, is built well and has come in useful far more times than I thought.

Doesn't replace individual tools if you are a regular user, but if you have space limitations or prefer not to carry individual tools, this item is great.

Bought this a couple months ago for ~$112. Worth every penny to have a "go bag" when doing most projects around the house. Sure, I've got some nice 18v/"20v" stuff from Bosch and Dewalt, but this handles most of my needs.

Would this be recommended over a 12V drill and impact driver set for the typical homeowner? I'm not sure how much use I would get out of an impact driver around the house.

I'd say probably yes. This tool does everything that a drill does and everything that an impact driver does (minus the increased torque of the impact part) plus adds the right angle and close quarters option.

Pricing aside, the only reasons that I would choose a drill and impact driver combo over the Flexiclick is if the Flexiclick didn't have enough torque for what I was planning to do or if I wanted the convenience of having both a drill bit and drive bit chucked up at the same time in their respective tools.

I offloaded my PS31/41 and got the PS42 and this. It is definitely nice to have both, but this alone will cover you for most situations. I am very happy with mine, despite having paid much more for it. Don't forget that the Bosch coupon stacks with Amex/Discover Shop with Points 20% promos. -$27.70 puts you under $100. Damn.
