Any clue about the screen specs? Brightness and color gamut? Assuming it's non-IPS since they don't explicitly specify this in the specs: "14.0-inch FHD (1920 x 1080) Anti-glare LED Backlight Non-touch Narrow Border WVA Display"

Bummer the dell inspiron 14 5000 doesn't do USB-C. It has the high end integrated graphics.

The Costco dell 2-in-1 has USB-C, and you can charge through it. But it has Basic mobile graphics

The 10nm should be faster and should give better performance with lower battery consumption. I bought the below Lenovo from Costco and debating if I should return and get this Dell:

Looks like the lenovo has a significant advantage in GPU power according to this comparison. [notebookcheck.net]

For simplicity, just scroll further down until you start seeing the charts with actual frame rates… You miss you a lot more green on the Lenovo GPU.

Also, historically, Dell 5000 and 7000 are a bit lower than average in brightness...not sure about the very latest gen though.

1065G7 = 10nm with latest gen 11 graphics.

10510U = 14nm+++ with old UHD graphics.

Since this doesn't have discreet graphics, the 1065G7 is the superior processor choice. It can handle some modern games on low settings at 1080p. Not going to happen on the 10510U.

If you are playing games at all you shouldn't be looking at this in the first place since even a 1050 2GB will wipe the floor with Intel igpu. Also Intel really misled people about ice lake, all their benches show it with very fast LPDDR4X 3733mhz RAM (effectively dual channel) . Not single sticks of 2666mhz.

Thanks for pointing out the 3733hz ram.

Wish I can go back in time and bought that $ 900+ (after cb) Dell XPS 13" with G7 and 16GB 3733hz ram refurb with 1 year warranty from outlet. The 1080p screen looks great on it, same 500 nits as the 4K one with at least 30% more battery due to 1080p screen only.
