With Disney + having 4K versions of these this is not a deal. Maybe 4.99 would be a deal with the slight possibility of a future 4K iTunes upgrade (doubtful now being Disney and iTunes lacking 4K Disney codes).

Are you saying the $50 deal for 6 films are not a good deal for someone who doesn't have 4K tv or streaming device?

Are you saying you are a fan of star wars but you will NEVER plan on getting a 4K TV and don't own any device capable of streaming any service? You must be 12 or 65 lol. If you just want something to "tie you over" for now, might as well get Disney+ for a month and binge watch the 6 movies (and watch The Mandalorian while you are at it...you will love it).

Been rewatching the entire saga to get ready for TROS but man espisodes 1-3 were rough to get through and 4-6 are incredible in 4K except for the special edition garbage. Rouge One gets better every time I watch it. I have the originals on DVD but are keeping them sealed. And you probably didn't need to know all this.. Wink

There are some people that are between 12-65 that don't care about 4K. Heck, I don't even care about HD. And I'm well below the 65.

iTunes has the Star Wars: Six Movie Collection for $49.99. This is the lowest price it has been. Even though you can watch the movies on Disney+ in 4K this seems like a great deal if you want to own them in iTunes. Hopefully Disney will upgrade these to 4K at some point with Apple.
