Home Depot [homedepot.com] is selling the Porter Cable 4216 Dovetail Jig Kit for 134$.

Amazon [amazon.com] has also matched the price.

It's the lowest price on Amazon per 3Camels and 9$ more than it was last year at Home Depot but without having to add qualifying accessories.

The price has dropped back to the reduced price.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

You can use it with any router with a base that will hold the template guides and a collett that will hold 1/2" bits. I use a Milwaukee router. Well made and built to last. Nice find.

Great price on this. I'd jump on the deal except I already have one.

Just used mine today, very nice. I purchased mine on amazon a week or so ago for $129.99. Use a Bosch router with the template kit that includes a porter cable bushing adapter.

What's different about the one with the 9 piece template guide for 30 more?

It comes with the 9 piece set of router bushings that are needed for using this and other template guides.

It's to make quick dovetails for boxes/cabinet drawers, etc. Much faster than doing it by hand with chisels and hand saws, but it won't look as "nice".

Harbor freight has one that works well if you don't plan on using it often. I'm sure someone will chime in and say all HF items are junk or something along those lines.
