Arguing as usual but no one has said they found one. Wasted time last year looking for one but the local stores didn't have them. Probably same this year. I'm going to call instead.

Very strange deal to get so many UP votes while no one in comments seems to be able to find it. I added it to my Circle offers and will check the store when I go.

As someone who bought one yesterday (was actually going to post this on SD but forgot) this is indeed a slick deal.
Price on label was $5.99/pound- bought a 4.5 roast, which after 50% off and $10 GC with $50 in food purchase, receipt showed I paid $10.87 for it- which is crazy.
Marbling was great on the cut I picked- but that varied quite a bit on the ones I looked at.
FYI remember that the $10 GC for $50 in food total is before Circle coupons take effect. I bought several other food items with coupons- effectively buying $29 in food to get the GC.

I bought a cut on sale at Publix on Saturday. Smoked it for about 4 hours. Probably the best prime rib I've ever had. I stopped buying target meet after an 'experiment'. I left a lb of ground beef in the fridge for 6 months. Still looked like the day I bought it. Weird chemicles used to keep the meat alive.
Vacuum sealed I bet, right? Bet you didn't open that before throwing it out. The nose knows. The eyes can deceive.

The best guide for prime rib: https://www.seriouseats.com/2014/...e-rib.html

USDA prime is obviously better, but I've made choice before and still had great results.

Every major retailer gets their meats from a handful of packers. The bag usually tells you who's the packer. This meat is no different from the stuff you'd find at Walmart or (insert large chain grocery store).

I did this last year and it was about $3.50 a lb. combine with the 10/50 GC and it's an excellent deal. I like that they come vac sealed and you can basically drop them right into a sous vide..

I was able to get this deal last year and it was wonderful, unfortunately was at the store this weekend and didn't see any in stock. Not able to find it online either to check if any other local store has it.
