Looks like lots of reviews are "Spark reviewer - received free product"...
Some reviews say this is not a flannel sheet?

(Edit)
Saw this being sold at local Walmart today (assuming this is the same item... I added 2 pictures that I took). Right, they are not flannel sheet. It may come with Better Homes and Gardens magazine subscription.

I BET you the day I buy a king mattress all of the deals would be for queen size.

100% cotton, good price. "Gray Flannel" is just the color name, not the material.

How did they cram 1100 threads in one inch, unless the thread is really thin? This would make the sheet really slick feeling.

There's no real standard definition of thread count. Apparently you can stack multiple layers of cloth to add up to whatever number you want.

$12 for a 'full' sheet set - no pun intended - yes please. Thanks for sharing

Different qualities of cotton too, wave, thread thickness, etc. Ive had mulberry silk, linen, cotton, high threadcount Egyptian cotton, supima cotton and honestly they all end up feeling similar after a few washes, besides the silk, which felt nice when going with the 'weave grain' but too slippery and a tad rough against the weave, and was super not worth it due to how you have to handle it and stainage...
