Anyone have personal experience with this service? I can't seem to find a good list of content. I like this type of stuff, is it worth the 12$?

Here's three lists that supposedly covers all of the content available using the Roku app. There's some overlap in the 3 lists.

All Series:
https://therokuchannel.roku.com/b...all-series

All TV Specials:
https://therokuchannel.roku.com/b...v-specials

All Movies:
https://therokuchannel.roku.com/b...all-movies

Seems like a lot of content for $1/month. Wouldn't have to watch it that much to get your money's worth. I'm planning to sign up before the offer expires (last day is 1/5).

I tried it earlier last year. Was not impressed. Low production value on mlm cost of the shows I watched.

Well worth it for this cost. Not the hugest selection, but some great content, if you like science based shows. Especially the Walking with Dinosaurs shows.

I signed up at this price last year and really only watched one series all year. It's hard to pinpoint why. Their organization seems wanting. I'd love to be able to sort by producer (BBC, etc) or presenter. The Roku app isn't great either. I wish the watchlist was more prominently located, and as far as I can tell, there's no indicators marking watched shows/episodes. There's good programs there if you're sufficiently motivated to find them. I guess I'm not.

I love documentaries (mainly science, nature, and history) and had watched all of the content I was interested in on Netflix and Amazon. I tried out curiosity stream and love it. For the price, it is 100% worth trying it out.

I missed this discount price;still not sure it it's worth it. It's pretty limited I think.
But . . . it does have a free 7-day trial and then it's $2.99/mo
If this winter drags on, I might do the free trial & get it for 1 month and binge the stuff I'm interested in.
