Freedompop Devices still connected

I had 3 devices using FreedomPop (Sprint). When they stopped their service, I did not do anything (switch to another service). Now I want to use Red Pocket with one of my devices and Red Pocket says I can't because it is still active. I checked and all 3 of my devices are considered "still active". How do I deactivate my devices? Needless to say, I can't get any response from FP. Any Help out there?
