Need this alleged pdx deals link please

In for a ticket. I'm United gold so this cheap ticket will translate to an aisle seat in the first 5 seats after first class for me.

This will be a nice vitamin d supplement for my Portland winter.

Those visiting Portland, it will drizzle all day every day and stay around 45-50 degrees. City is OK but use this to go to Mt Hood Meadows and shred the whole time. Hit some food carts while you're here, probably our best asset.

Serra is a pro at finding deals. I have just an alert here from anything out of PDX or SAN/LAX for family. Finding the exact destination you need is rare like this but with this deal it's insanely cheap. Best I found was $380 for the same leg.
How/where do you identify the airports to narrow the alerts to just those near you?

To all those who are professing their love of Portland... Why? Do you live here or just visited? I live here.. I've lived hear for roughly 35-years now... it *used* to be good, but it sucks now!

I'd MUCH prefer to live somewhere with a warmer climate and closer to ocean beaches. Yes, PDX isn't THAT far from the beach, but unless you're on the west side, it's a long drive... magnified by the fact that traffic SUCKS!

Although there's probably someone in Orlando saying a similar thing about Orlando... and lamenting how they'd prefer Portland.

EDIT: If I hate it, why do I stay? Family. Can't convince them to move. Frown

LOL! Using that much sunscreen? Yikes! Do you ever venture outdoors?
Indeed I do, thank you very much. However unlike Florida I live in a state that has four distinct weather seasons. Where I live sun block is pretty irrelevant in November as we're generally wearing at least long sleeves by then if not a light jacket. By comparison in Florida you have at most 2 months out of the year where you can live without air conditioning, while there are several months during the year where stepping outside is on its own deadly in a matter of minutes.
I'll keep to my climate, thank you much. Unfortunately it's changing so rapidly I may need to move further north in another decade or so just to have something similar to what I am used to.

There is nothing remotely funny about acute heat exhaustion or how close it brings one to having a stroke. Many people simply are not physiologically capable of surviving in that heat.

Anyone from a big city wouldn't make this comment. Sorry, PDX isn't anywhere close to NY, LA, Bay Area, Seattle, Phoenix, Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Brussels, London, Copenhagen, Rome...should I keep going?
The traffic is disproportionately bad for a city this size. It can take 2 hours to get across town sometimes. That's 2 hours to drive 15 miles. it's so bad that it has started to effect how businesses are run. I've stopped going out to eat largely because an hour drive for food ruins the experience.
