Be aware this product contains 625% of the daily recommended level of Niacin.
As this will affect people differently, side effects of Niacin include:

Itching under the skin.
Warmth, redness, or tingly skin.
Mild dizziness.
Sweating or chills.
Nausea, burping, diarrhea.
Leg cramps, muscle pain.
Insomnia (LOL - in a melatonin product!)

Just a FYI!

That is an inaccurate blanket statement. Google dosage on the major health sites and NIH.

The real answer: it depends.

I tried lower as well as higher doses of melatonin and you'll likely see people saying what the most effective dose is. See what works for you.

Personally I've only found 3mg Melatonin + 200mg L-theanine to work for me.

Niacinamide is what is in this supplement, and that form doesn't cause a Niacin flush or any the symptoms you listed.
