Amazon makes it so hard to navigate through their inventory. I guess this is a problem across the board but their "best seller" list is full of crap that's 4.5 stars with 5 reviews and it drowns out the legitimate books that have hundreds of reviews. Also you can't sort by price.

It's kind of incredible how after all these years they still struggle to make any of their products user friendly.

I just bought Brilliance with the Audible audiobook. Selected Sci-fi and Fantasy from the list on the page that directs once See Deal is tapped. It DID NOT apply the $3 off credit. It's fine since it was less than $7 for both the ebook and audiobook. Just wanted to make y'all aware.

A River In Darkness was a really interesting read about a half Japanese half Korean guy that immigrated from Japan to North Korea, but it was also depressing as hell.

Summary = Living in North Korea sucks - Captain Obvious.

A few of these books are under 3$. I assume the credit should still apply, rendering them free. Not sure if I want to test it...

There appears to only be 30 books to choose from. I clicked on two that looked interesting and I already own them

I wish the "The War on Normal People" by Andrew Yang has the $3 discount. It is sold out everywhere☹️

Can 2 or 3 titles be combined to take $3 off?

Agreed. It's a good read, but be prepared for it.

I think no-rush credits always get used first. So I'm guessing from what you found out that there's no way to get this $3 discount until you first spend all you no-rush credits.

The problem with 1-click purchasing is that you can't see what is going to happen.

You said you couldn't cancel it. I'm not saying that you're wrong because I'd actually like to get a multiple person confirmed answer to this.
Recently I accidentally purchased a Prime movie and I had the option to cancel it for a short period of time and got my no-rush credits back.
But you're saying you couldn't do it with a kindle book, so maybe it doesn't work the same.
I know you can cancel a kindle purchase if you call Amazon CS or perhaps through chat.
If others know if or how you're able to cancel a kindle purchase, please chime in. TIA
