Is there a specific reason to select the "later date"? Looks like the 20% works without selecting the later date.

These are NOT antibacterial. Only the red and yellow boxes are antibacterial.

As I wrote above, the green box Wet Ones are NOT antibacterial. Only the red and yellow ones are.
