You can add another 1tb NVME for around $100. Most gaming laptops have trash mechanical drives I replace anyways. Ram is around $50 for 16 but not necessary. I don't plan on using the HDMI but if I did it wouldn't be at 4k. Also, at 4.1 pounds this is one of the lightest gaming laptops I am aware of. For the price there's nothing better.

Doubt it, it's already a steal for a 1660ti and 120Hz display

Don't know much about software but to anyone that cares MSI also has a partner promo valued at $170 which includes all gaming series laptops(i.e. this laptop)

Yeah, I'm not big on the red aesthetic either. My previous gaming laptop has the same color scheme. Can't argue with the specs for the price. I try to buy gaming laptops as cheap as possible and sell for little loss when I upgrade.

My previous laptop was a Dell 7577 with a 1060. Got it for $630 at dell outlet over a year ago. If I were to sell today based off of Ebay prices I'd pretty much get my money back or lose about $50. I would imagine the same would hold true for this laptop.

Been looking for the past week for a good deal everyday. Glad I waited. Every 1650 that landed in this price range I found was a lower quality model. This actually ended up cheaper than the walmart evoo with the 1650 that some were saying they were getting the evoo with a 1660 instead. Rather than spending a little more on that and taking a risk this. Was cheaper and this model is guaranteed to have that 1660. Thanks!

I bought the cheaper GL series from the sale for $500 last week (lower specs).

Love the laptop but the plastic case is a fingerprint/oil magnet. My laptop looks like 2 yrs old VS my old 17" samsung (metal case).

I'm looking at Amazon right now to see if someone sells any 3m laminate film to cover up the touchpad/palm rest areas.
