These are NOT LDAC (hires) wireless headphones, so don't expect better than 192kbps mp3 equivalent music quality. This is a limitation of the Bluetooth audio codecs supported by this (and most non-ldac) headset. The sbc/aac codecs it supports won't get you better quality. ( [soundguys.com]Which means all other headsets that don't support ldac isn't going to sound better because the Bluetooth audio codec used to transmit the music can't do better.)

No iPhone supports ldac.

That said, few other headsets that are top brand name makes have a 15 hour runtime, balanced left/right weighting (instead of all the controls on one side pulling down on that ear unevenly), and sell for this price (no Anker is not a top brand name)

Amazon's base price might be the same, but they don't offer a similar card to Target red to get more back. Also, for non-prime members, shipping from Amazon is an added cost.

Which ones would you recommend then?

For sure it's a better deal at target esp if you don't have the prime 5% rewards card.

1. Not having LDAC doesn't mean the audio you hear is "bad".

Many factors.
A. Are you playing back high quality audio files? (E.g. Flac, wav...) or Worse? (E.g. Regular streaming, mp3 / aac 128 kbps).
B. What environment?
Obviously, in a noisy gym, high quality won't matter at all.
C. Your ears.
https://www.npr.org/sections/therecord/2015/06/02/411473508/how-well-can-you-hear-audio-quality

If you can't hear the difference or don't care between 128, 320, and wave, any non-ldac headphone is fine.

2. For ldac headphones, there's a range.
The closest to these noted in this thread is
https://www.sony.com/electronics/in-ear-headphones/wi-h700
(Older ldac h.ear ldac earbuds on ebay $80~ new)

Step up to noise canceling earbuds with ldac
https://www.sony.com/electronics/in-ear-headphones/wi-1000x

3. Beyond earbuds (Which don't block out outside noise as well as over the ear headphones), for regular headphones, you've got the awesome Sony headphone with noise canceling and ldac.
https://www.sony.com/electronics/headband-headphones/wh-1000xm3/buy/wh1000xm3-s

4. Head-fi.org forums for TONS AND TONS of headphone reviews and advice.
Rtings.com has reviews, too.

If a big MEET UP is scheduled near you (like the ones yearly for LA, Tokyo, etc), you can go and try on hundreds of headphones all day long. (Meet up forum)

...

In the end, because of the $20 price and fact no earbud covers your ear to block out noise, most can start with these $20 first for most outdoor/gym use.

You'll know if you need to spend the $$$ for much better ones depending on your use and environment. (E.g. If you're trying to listen to concert quality music in the ny subway, no choice but to get the over the ear, noise canceling, $300 Sony or Bose.)

And no true wire-free earbud will run anywhere near 15 hours this $20 will. Even the excellent https://www.sony.com/electronics/truly-wireless/wf-1000xm3
With no ldac, but otherwise top of the line, it can't even get that many hours of run time. Not even the airpods can.

(And the worrisome thing about wire free earbuds is accidentally losing one.)
