Seems like all of 'em, or most all, or in the $8.00+ range. Have only had a couple flavors, none of which really suited me, although can't really put 'em down ---just not for me. Repped.

TU. Most flavors are pretty good although I haven't been a fan of the chocolate deluxe. If you haven't had these before don't expect a granola bar or anything. They're more sticky and dense than something like a Quaker granola bar. Better for you though!

On Keto right now, Relatively high carbs and Maltitol kills the deal for me.

A lot of hate from the nutrition police these days when you say keto. Call it a low-carb high-fat mediterranean diet and you'll get more love.

You can call it Atkins or South Beach if you want. At the end of the day, these diet fads get hate because they're superfluous and are short term, but hey, do you.

How about the eat less than your total daily caloric requirements diet? I hear that diet is actually sustainable for life? I also hear that it allows you to eat whatever you want but the only catch is the quantity.

This flavor (lemon) uses Erythritol and Stevia instead of Maltitol and Sucralose which the other flavors use.

You're describing the IIFYM movement. I half agree since you literally can lose weight eating only McDonald's everyday provided (like you said) your total daily calorie intake < spend. But of course, being healthy also implies the flex dieting have a good balance of quality food too.
