Just purchased one of these after hunting for a 15" laptop deal for some time.

It checked all my boxes and more:
  • 8th Gen Core i3
  • FHD Display
  • NVMe SSD
  • 8GB RAM
  • Fingerprint sensor
  • Backlit keyboard!
  • USB C (no charging)
  • AC WiFi
  • 3.5lbs

Cons were insignificant IMO: One SSD slot, one RAM slot, display is not IPS. Battery is only 37WHr. Not a big deal for me; this thing will probably live on my kitchen table for work.

I ended up getting an open-box model to save another $25, but the $354.47 regular price is still pretty competitive.

Here's a review [laptopsuggest.com].

This isn't the endurance monster like that other Asus ultrabook (VivoBook 14 from last year, I think?), but this is still a quite capable and an extremely light, very portable laptop. And at this price, it's as light on the wallet as it is on the lap

Costco's HP is a much better deal imo, the deal is back for 299 and that laptopspecs are far better than this one.

Wish I had a costco membership. The price of the additional 4GB RAM and the membership cost would put it over budget for me though. This is a better deal for someone that needs a15" screen and number pad.

We don't have Costco in my area and it really makes me mad. Mad

There are some people selling it on eBay, I have seen one used (which shouldn't be used more than two weeks) for 299.

I have to mention that I don't know the seller nor I have purchased from him before.
