more of a neurological disease risk
Not really aluminium chlorohydrate is known to cause alzimers by established research. Anti perspirant also does not make sense, the body's mechanism to cool you down to keep vital tissues, why would you want that to be stopped, like running car without a radiator.
Sweaty does not mean stinky, take a bath with deoderant soap, shave off all hair, don't wear any clothes or underwear twice or for more than a day, make sure your electrolyte balance is fine and you are eating salt (contrary to the common belied salt is bad, sugar is bad, stop eating those sugary snacks), you should do just fine without having to profusely sweat!

I know I just said it causes neurological disease that covers Alzheimer's
I use aluminum free only
That is intersection about sugar and perspiration

Aluminum, well that's debated. Herpes type one that 50% of the world's population has, is suspected to be a large factor in Alzheimers. They brain normally creates plaques to protect from damage. But the virus can sometimes cause an over reaction. Kind of like an immune response.
I'm sure there are other enviromental factors too, eg: air pollution, heavy metals.
Interesting I never heard of HSV being linked to Alzheimer's before
Also I think HSV 1 is carried by a lot more than 50% of the population
so that is scary
