Found this at my local home depot last night. Marked down 50%. Please be kind. First post.

YMMV

if someone can brick seek a link that would be great. No clue how to do that.

The new EGO POWER+ Backpack Blower delivers the power and performance of gas without the noise, fuss and fumes. Featuring a jet-engine inspired turbine fan, high-efficiency brushless motor and EGO's ARC Lithium battery technology, this blower produces an industry-best 600 CFM of power (on turbo) with a run time of up to two hours (on low speed). With a handle mounted, variable-speed control, users can adjust speeds on the go: powering up to move large debris or powering down for the flower beds. At just 64 dB, the EGO POWER+ Backpack Blower is 8 times quieter than popular gas models, so it's ideal for noise-sensitive properties and cities with leaf-blower noise restrictions. Robust tool construction and materials makes this blower ideal for everyday use in demanding conditions. The EGO POWER+ Backpack Blower Kit includes a 5.0 Ah battery and 56V charger. All EGO tools, batteries and chargers are 100% compatible so owners can build the combinations they need and maximize their value. Experience Power Beyond Belief with the EGO POWER+ Backpack Blower and the entire EGO POWER+ lineup.
Hi-efficiency brushless motor with variable speed to blow air from 320 CFM (gentle) to 600 CFM (turbo) for all situations
8 times quieter than gas-powered backpack blowers; just 64 dB
Powerful 5.0 Ah Arc-Lithium battery is compatible with all EGO POWER + products
Adjustable harness with waist belt for comfort during both long and short work sessions
145 MPH
5-year warranty

My local store has them for 195. There are a few other stores around that shows in stock and clearance on brickseek but when i called the store they report they only have the new model 7.5 Ah version. Tried with LB6002 for lookup. Is there any other way to make them lookup the inventory and price? Want to check before i go to store as they are a bit too far.

If you look at the brickseek link (in the first reply), you'll see the UPC is "692042006944." They looked that up for me yesterday at the CS desk (they were on a top shelf maybe 50 feet from where the other Ego stuff was so that seemed the easiest route to find the price.)

I went to 3 HD stores in the SLC area yesterday and 1 was at $225 and change and the other two were $195.06. I've decided to bite on 2 of these at $150 (and then hawk one or both blowers and try to grab the refurb snowblower tool-only if that ever pops up in stock again) but $195 ain't happening for me for that use case.

And since no one else seems to have mentioned it: this kit (and the new 7.5 kit for that matter) comes with the "fast" charger. That means a 5.0 battery will fully charge in 100min. The "rapid" charger is their faster (fan-cooled) one that will basically cut that time in half (or less). That charger only comes included with a mower or snowblower kit or is $120 on its own (MSRP.)

Returning mine if anyone interested around 21001. MD/PA line.new in box never opened. Just what I paid. Not trying to make anything. But if someone needs it for $159 I'd rather pass it on than return
I'd love to get from you but a few hundred miles away 😭

I never had a 5V, can't imagine it beating the $99 CM530 2.5V kit for weight to power ratio. I just used it to clear my deck and car of fluffy snow. It does help keeping battery warm indoors.

It's funny to read that it is 'cordless', as the majority of lawn equipment is 'cordless'.

Yes, I know what they are referring to but again, it's just a little odd, at least for an OCD person like me. ✓

If these are available locally for $150, wondering what I could reasonably get out of them. Maybe start at $250 and settle at $225 ish...?
Everyone around be buys them and splits up the bare tool from the battery. You can sell this as a bare tool for $150 and sell the battery by itself for another $150. At that price anyone buying them is still getting a solid discount on both.

Cordless is a category of tools. Regardless of what the norm is, it's a cordless tool, so they advertise it as such. They don't advertise screwdrivers as cordless either, but most of them are. Unless they are in the cordless category of a battery powered driver, and then they do.

Everything around me (Fort Wayne, IN) still appears high, $259+, even though it shows clearance on BS. I see some on clearance on BS in Coldwater, MI, which is ~70 miles away. Anyone up there know what the in-store clearance price actually is, as it might be worth a road trip. Thanks!

Thanks OP. Bought 10 of them at $149 and applied 15% off coupon (up to $200).
Where can you get those 15% coupons from?

See receipt attached. 36th & Thomas in Phoenix. 1 left as of yesterday.

The 15% off up to $200 can be purchased on ebay for $27 with immediate delivery.
Yeah but this is slickdeals, how can I get those 15% off coupons direct from Home Depot and not pay the $27?

Got one at the Madison West location. It was marked $225 but the garden department guy volunteered to reduce it to 150 when I asked about it to clear it out. Box was messed up but everything was in decent shape.
