That's equally impressive and expensive
The average person walks about 1-2mi, if I had to guess. Running 5+ daily will wear down the sole quicker.

If they were Guides instead of Rides I would have done the same thing! Debating if my inserts will give me enough stability.
They definitely have some guides at a discounted price, I saw some for ~$38

My toes swell some when I'm on tube treadmill causing my two of my toenails to turn black. Should I go up 1/2 or one full size?
Try a 1/2 size first, I also found that the Injinji toe socks help too.

Even cheaper.
How did I miss that? Snagged 2 women's Guides, and I have a pair in the closet. Won't need running shoes for at least a year.

Thanks for the information and the suggestion on the toe socks. I noticed there are several styles in Amazon. Which one(s) do you recommend?

Thanks for the heads up on the promo code. I go through running shoes in about 6-8 weeks so price is a huge factor for me. I'm a big fan of Sauconys and stocked up on the Triumph 5s that are currently still on sale for $60 (less an extra 20% with teacher discount plus 6% cashback). Been wanting to try the rides since they are lighter than the Triumphs but found myself leaning towards the more "premium" cushion of the Triumphs for a comparable price. At $38 though, it's a no-brainer to give these a spin.

Keep your toe nails clipped and clean. Wear ultra thin running socks (no cotton!). If that doesn't work, go a half size up as has been suggested earlier in thread.

Look at thin/lightweight fabric, and pick the height you like.
