Think the "tetrajet" shows up in a few episodes as well whenever they are on Cybertron
There are also a few episode with animation error where they showed the wrong (normal "seeker" form) in Cybertron LMAO

If you watch the original cartoon from 1984, the Cybertron form was very much basically a flying pyramid. The F15 form was their scanned/assumed form once reaching Earth. The original Cybertron form was not as similar to the BSG Viper at all.
