You would get more energy dumping sugar into your water bottle. These are just garbage. They cater to people who buy based on buzz words on the label.

This is a great price for these. The chews are designed for people participating in endurance sports. These are not for weight loss, meal replacement, nor for anything "health" related. If you see sugar and scoff at it, then you are not the intended audience for these.

it's like eating melted ice cream or liquid jello, some people prefer food edible a certain way.
