Good price indeed, but has been this price for several weeks, just FYI. Got it in my mid December S&S order because a 2lb bag costs this much in the one I usually get from Walmart.... and this is a slightly finer texture than the brands Walmart has.

I posted a deal a couple weeks ago but it was super popular and went out of stock very quickly. just came back instock

Decidedly less popular this time. $3.6 per lb for a high quality flour seems like a really good deal. Normally more than $5 a pound

Yeap. Have used a larger grain for meatloaf, so this certainly can be used for the same. Just be sure to use a recipe while baking because it won't be interchangeable on the same quantities with regular flour ...and definitely not interchangeable with coconut flour (I had to learn that last one the hard way).
