Is this geared towards Intel or AMD CPU's? Or both?

Yes, the 3000 has been around this price so to get the 3200 is a very good deal.

I'm looking into building a VR Capable PC in the spring. Should I grab this now and just hold onto it?

ram has been getting cheaper finally.. If you skip this deal, Im sure there will be others at least within $5 of this.

This should be good RAM for either chipset. I picked up the 3000 version of this for an 2nd Den Ryzen AMD build a couple months back and its been great.

Intel has very little to no compatibility issues with RAM.

Not bad for brand new. I already bought mine for $125 a year ago.

That question is starting to become a meme at this point. If it's not CAS14 listed it's probably not B die.

It is not. If you are on Ryzen 3000, B-Die isn't as important as it was for 1000 and 2000 for overclocking. Now you only need it for extreme overclocking.

I've been using this same memory for 6 months and it's been fine (paid $80) just had to overclock it to 3200 in bios after installing. Would have preferred black to match my build but it's not a deal breaker. Thanks

I wish black was same price. I picked each element of my PC to ensure its mostly black. Now, would need to wait for black color variant to reduce in price.

Edit: The human above me said the same exact thing. Nice coincidence
