Needs to be black for me, even the tamper glass one with steel frame last a long time. I use to have one from Target made out compressed wood but it was dark in color. With the size of UHD getting larger might have to get 100 -inch one. Sceptre 86 - inch UHD might get that if it ever gets released and 70 -inch stand not going to work unless you have 65 or 70 inch UHD.

online price is $400, but in local store at Georgia, it is $250.
I considered that one but the max TV it supports is too small

For everyone complaining about quality what do you expect in this price range? Where are the high quality media cabinets in the $150 - $250 range

For my needs (75" TV which eventually will be mounted for safety) and slots large enough to house a 9" x 25" center speaker and a 6" tall yamaha receiver - high quality cabinets near $1,000. So please show me where these quality cabinets are for a slick deal

Exactly. I have this. With a 75" TV on it. Quality is beyond fine for the price, and doesn't look half bad. I move entire stand with TV on it to get access to the cords/plugs all the time, and it holds up perfectly. BTW, TV fits like a glove, almost like they were made for each other.

True. I built 2 MDF type TV stands over the holidays (saved 20% with Target coupon) and I was pretty impressed with modern MDF quality. Definitely does the job for the cheap cost and pretty well designed as well.

TVs are also far lighter these days than the heavy plasmas and CRTs of old, so these work well for most people. I would definitely love solid wood but not for the high price they cost.

I wish it has glass doors. Would have got one. Can't clean the dust every week.
Just stop snowing skin flakes all over the house, problem solved

Kids are long gone but I bought one of these to secure my 65"OLED to cabinet. Doesn't show and certainly gives me peace of mind when I need to move cabinet get to the back.

I bought this when target had a deal during Christmas. Pier 1 often has deals on this same one as well. I personally love the stand and it looks great in my loft. They put some decent detail into the surface to make this look as real as possible. They provide wood look stickers to cover any of the fastening pieces. The center cabinets are large enough to fit a AVR, but likely not big enough to fit a center speaker.

Real wood would not be affordable. Come on.

Maybe not some of the huge centers out there, but I have my AVR in the bottom shelf, and my center (Polk, 5" or 6" dual speakers) in the shelf above. Just fit, but looks great because it perfectly takes up the space.

Time flies by. I have owned one of these in the espresso color for 3.5 years now.

Doesn't look like design or materials have changed since I bought. When assembled it's quite sturdy due to the shelf supports, and looks nice in room. I have a 65" oled on it, then in the shelves my receiver and various network gear and media players.
