I haven't even looked at this product, but this company isn't trust worthy. Even if they are now, they aren't. Just because you see their name plastered all over best buy, or maybe specifically, doesn't make anything they do worth while. Remember, if a product is free, you're not the customer.

No need to call to cancel autorenewal - just login to your account and cancel auto renewal.

I have LiveSafe on my Mac... it hasn't been able to self update in six months. Mac is up to date. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. (Each reinstall is always up to date) and then it says "can't connect to the update server."

Support is useless. This is a pretty well documented item on the web and McAfee's response is always to just reinstall. :-(

Will not renew. Even at $0.
