Big discounts on 2019 Corvette before C8 Launch starting at $45k

I found this dealer's ad in another forum. Bomnin seams to be a very large Corvette dealer in Florida advertising prices as low as $45k for new 2019 Corvettes. I suspect other dealers will offer similar discounts. With similar starting price of the new C8 mid-engine model, dealers are having to heavily discount the older C7 to move them out.

In for the C7 or the C8...

The Stingray coupe looks nice and cheaper than a Ford Explorer.

The C8 is a game changer. Great value for the performance, it's going kill resale value on previous gen Vettes and even other performance cars.

Those are C7s and I wouldn't pay $45k+ for one considering a C8 is only $60k.

I tend to disagree. If you follow the forums, the C8 has been met with 50/50 enthusiasm by hardcore fans. With it being the last gen for front engine, it will hold value the same or better as Vettes always have.

Go build one online for $60k and let me know how that works out for you. 😂

And good luck touching one for MSRP for about 2 years anyway.

Biggest volume dealer in nj (atlantic city) has had these markdowns for over a yr and have been taking new orders since then.
Good if you have always wanted one but unless the new ones explode the resale is shot!

They spied the new gen testing a plug in model also so thats on the horizon as well!

"hardcore fans" are not their target audience

Not for the actual car this thread is about, no...

a base model C7 is 3.7 per Chevy

While that ain't slow it's hardly the supercar number the C8 is supposedly bringing.

Lamb Chevrolet in Arizona is selling the C8 at MSRP now, so you don't know what you are talking about !!

Cool story. I found 5 bucks in a parking lot today, guess that means everybody else did, too.
Don't like being called out on false statements I see. You'll get over it !
