Update: "items are ready for pick up" !

Thanks OP, repped. Ordered two 26' at $2.09 x 2 for local pickup. But that only store has a terrible history of "faked counts"; many times, their inventory would show 6, 7, or more, but none on the shelves. Their employees are all top notch players. So, let's wait to see ...

Show $10.48 for me, even though I changed to the store that listed as $2.09 (half an hour away).

Word of warning, DO NOT use a gift card for YMMV deals. If the store can not fulfill the order and cancels it, you will have to wait for a new gift card to be mailed.

Waiting for the usual HF poster to come along and mention how they have a draw full of free HF tape measures. As if there is a comparison to make. LOL.

Looked at this at the store. Feels super cheap, I believe it was plastic.

Actually, HF might even be better with the rubber protection if dropped---- both having the same Inch on one side in 1/16 increments and metric on the other, these chrome plated plastic Craftsman tapes, like HF, are a pain to read if one is used to a 'regular' inch tape measure like Stanley, Lufkin, etc,, which have down to 1/16 inch on one side and then down to 1/32 on the other for precision. That is, if someone has not consistently allowed the tape to slam in when closed, because the end has exactly a 1/16 inch movement, the thickness of the clip, for inside and outside measurements. But, the Craftsman is 'pretty' in the drawer... Smilie
