Seems like a much better deal than the 250$ with Free 8.0AH battery.

Seems like a very good deal to me, out of curiosity how long does a 12ah battery take to charge on their fast charger? Everyone else who has this saw at the same price includes a 5ah battery so this really is pretty slick for a very very nice saw.

Edit: just watched a video and it took 2 hours to charge a 12ah battery!! wowza. At least a 12ah battery will last all day.

It was down when he said it was. It's back up.

What would be the return value of the battery? Can you return the battery alone if the store carries the battery, but not the kit?

Awesome saw(ce)! Battery is $199 typically, and the saw is rated very highly. I've used mine a few times, and it's accurate and fast.

Back live!

This is a much better deal than the 8.0 promo since you get the 12ah battery AND a RAPID charger, the other deal for $249 is an 8.0 battery and NO charger.

Less then 2 hours in the rapid Charger. I have a few 12s maybe 2+ hours on standard charger but rapid zips it up in around an 60-80 min. Even when I have a 6ah m12 battery also charging

Even Milwaukee doesnt claim those sorts of times. I'll stick to the multiple videos showing people charging the 12ah battery and all being about the same amount of time.

2 hours on a rapid Charger is right.

That's an awesome deal. I just used my saw for the first time when I got it for $250 last month. Great to be able to make a cut without having to go find a cord, outlet, etc.

I am aware, he said 60-80 mins which would be very fast.
