They're pretty good, but not as good as Lay's original and not any healthier so you might as well save your money and get the cheaper, tastier Lay's.

How good a deal is this? I'm currently eating from an 18oz bag that I got as a gift. Not sure if it was purchased at a supermarket or like a Costco. Anyone know what the 18oz bags go for?

It is usually $9ish and costco had it on sale in December for $6ish. I got a couple last month.

Oh in that case this is a very good deal. Slightly cheaper per ounce than Costco sale price if we say that was $6.5 for the 18oz. Also small individual bags means chips stay fresher longer.

I'm not into any of the organic/green/whatever movements that probably push a product like this. But I ordered based on temporary lowered price about a year ago. LOVE THEM. There are very few in the bag, but each one is delicious. Its got a sort of crunch turns chewy unlike potato chips (crunch turns mushy) that I really enjoy. Its worth noting that my kids don't prefer them over any of the usual potato and corn chips.

Well put.

There are a couple ones that are ok (maybe made from potatoes?), but the zebra colored ones are rock hard and the red ones taste like they are soaked in oil.

Or, just buy a large bag and not pay $9 lb.
