Oh wow, McDonalds sell these things in retail? That's pretty cool. But are they worth getting over just going to a nearby outlet and buying one freshly made?

There is probably no such thing as natural pumpkin spice, it's always "artificially" flavored.

I really don't know if there is such a thing as natural pumpkin spice. I can see the spice as cinnamon, which is doable, but the pumpkin, that could be a different beast on its own. I'll have to google the history of pumpkin spice, i seriously dont know where, what, why on this flavor.

True. Most of the Keurig coffee lacks the flavor and tastes burnt. It is better to have the artificial flavor to complement the lack of the real coffee flavor.
