this would be fine, i have a hard time finding 14 so getting a 13 would be cool
My life.

I've not found Clarks are oversized at the upper range, far from it.

I used to wear a pair of Clark's Escalade that I loved so much I polished them to keep them looking as new as possible for years until finally the soles gave out. When I went to go buy another pair on Amazon the reviews were terrible with most people who had previously owned a pair stating bluntly that they went down in quality significantly since the model I owned. There are so many pictures of pairs falling apart at the stitching and my old pair never lost a single stitch in all the years I beat them up.

Just an FYI. I didn't end up buying a pair because of all the pictures and reviews because I figured I would just be disappointed.

They weren't a pair you could resole?

Probably but at that point I had extended the life of the uppers to their limit too I think. I was frequently throwing black shoe polish to cover up all the wear and tear. It was time to toss them and move on IMO. Plus at that point I had already tossed them figuring I could buy a brand new pair for like $60 which is a steal for the length of use I got out of them.

Not sure if this helps but I noticed they offer free return to store and free return shipping.

BEWARE, I have found Clarks (Chukkas at least) run about 1-2 US sizes larger than expected. I would do some research before purchasing.
That's not something I've found. I usually wear a 10.5-11 and the pair I bought last year for perfectly at in size 11.
