Just ordered 3 pair of dress shoes to freshen up my wardrobe. Plenty of styles left if you search on your own once you get to the site. Some prices are better than the 30% off posted here.

Some sites mention 15% for signing up for their newsletter, but the links link nowhere in particular (I think I saw 15% newsletter only on clarks.co.uk yesterday, not on clarksusa.com, but can't find it anywhere today, other than still mentioned at Rakuten and RMN). Is 15% expired? Any way to get any further discounts, or just the TAKE30 + some affiliate cashback?

This officially expired yesterday, per T&C. The cute thing about these companies where the web-presence is an afterthought is that they don't seem to have any sort of timers to automatically expire these sorts of things, so, as of the evening on the 23rd (even 24th in Eastern Time now), it's still fully running, yet still expiring yesterday on the 22nd! :-)

BTW, they got more stock now for more items — I visited a few of their retail stores in the last week or two, and they didn't have any of these models there, telling me that they're packing and sending them to outlet stores across the state; I'd imagine some of them go back directly to their online fulfilment centre for website sales.

BTW, for price comparison, they're running a 2 for 99 promotion at their Outlet stores (usually very out of town, in the middle of nowhere), so, as long as you get any shoe here at 69,99 or below (69,99 * 0,7 = 48,99), you'd come out ahead with the TAKE30 coupon. If you'd also be getting 11% cashback extra online, then it would make sense to even go as high as 79,99 (79,99 * 0,7 * 0,89 = 49,83). They have a limit of 8 styles max in an order. Returns are supposedly free to any store. Some of these shoes are really nice; e.g., Flow Plain has mixed rubber/leather sole (MSRP of 120,00 USD, on sale at 59,99, goes for 41,99 with TAKE30), really looking forward to getting mine in Navy Nubuck.

Re 15% newsletter off — I just finally got a personalised code emailed to me to the email addr I've provided them on 2020-01-14 — some 11 days ago. However, when you click the button to apply the TAKE30 coupon, then the coupon field disappears, so, it doesn't look like it's possible to apply more than one coupon in a cart. there's also an official cannot-be-combined exclusion as well. (To make matters worse, even after you remove TAKE30 coupon, it doesn't look like the 15% off even applies to any of the items I've tried adding to my cart.) So, if you didn't get the 15% off, just to make you feel better that it's very unlikely that there's a way to stack it, because it doesn't even seem to work all by itself on many items.

I just got my 8 shoes a couple of days ago; huge shipping box; 5 unique brand-names; 3 of the 5 had man-made lining — Conwell Plain 49,99 (90,00), Bampton Cap 49,99 (100,00), and Pace Barnes 64,99 (135,00), even though online it just says at most "textile" for lining, actual specimens received had the symbols for both textile as well as man-made materials for lining. Very disappointed, to say the least.

Here's the pic in case anyone has any doubts that I'm misunderstanding the symbols:

https://twitter.com/Mcnst/status/...5072508930

I was especially disappointed at Pace Barnes, which is supposed to go for 135,00 — that's not a low price for a shoe, and especially as it's just a driver shoe. It was supposed to be all leather, including the soles; website says it's unlined; specimen received says the lining is a combination of genuine leather and man-made materials. Seriously? What's the whole deal with it? Are you supposed to just buy their claims of medal-rated leather, and ignore the fact that lining has faux-leather, if the symbols on the shoes are to be believed at all?

Some of their shoes do have leather and textile-only markings for lining (e.g., it's not some sort of reverse-loophole), so, I don't get why this man-made lining for so many of their other shoes is simply ignored as if it doesn't exist. Does noone really care?

Not impressed with the Clarks brand at all; if I'm in the market for faux-leather-free upper and lining, I should be able to order online, and not have to carry so many shoes back to the store for misadvertising. Also, when I arrived to the store at about 20:35 to 20:40 this Thursday, it was actually already closed, well before the 21:00 posting time; to add extra insult to the injury.

Only Gilman Mode 49,99 (110,00) and Flow Plain 59,99 (120,00) didn't have the man-made symbols for lining.

Wearing Flow Plain in Navy Nubuck now; they're really nice, and the only saving grace from the purchase. The two nubuck ones (brown and navy) are indeed unlined, and are really soft, they feel like I've been wearing them for ages on first try; seem true to size (don't order up the unlined nubuck ones). The two Leather ones are lined (or, at least, the black one definitely is), and aren't as soft or roomy as the nubuck ones; I'll see how one of my nubuck ones wears, and then will decide whether or not to keep the rest of Flow Plain styles. Gilman Mode is definitely quite tight; wish I'd have ordered up, they don't have it in stock anymore ATM; the specimen I've received was also quite old (the paper sticker on it was even slightly yellow for some reason), and I think it's too tight, so, I'll probably have to return it, too; they give 60 days for returns on unworn shoes.
